Paid for it accidentally hit don’t allow now I cannot access the app

Google search displayed this app remote at not requiring TV to have WiFi to operate. Lies. Good thing I don’t immediately buy the plans that they force before the app even opened.

Whenever i try to connect ot a tv in my apartment, it rakes forever to load and sometimes doesn’t connect

I would rate this as 0 if I could. Never stays connected, app interface awful, extreme price gouging for a subscription when other phone remotes are free. I cannot use anything other than a remote because of how bad this app is

Needs a watchOS face

Terrible App. Does not work. And they charged when they claimed it’s a free trial.

When people say it doesn’t work. I have an idea. Mirror your phone to the tv once the tv turns on un mirror and it should pop up in devices. I lost my remote but this works! Btw remove the ads every time you click a button

Used to be free to turn the tv on and off and turn the volume up now wants a subscription for basic features.

Like title says it doesnt work i tried using any of the buttons and nothing idk if it works if i pay but i didnt waste my time trying

They don’t mention anything about a price. Only after downloading it they ask you for $2/week or $20/ month. You have to pay for ever. What a ripoff. I can purchase a real remote for less than the annual fee and save myself and family enough money to pay for something more important.

Had to buy this app. Paid and it doesn’t work. It’s been looking for my tv for 1.5 hours.

It was barely worth using as a free app. It had pop ads that would interrupt usage causing the screen to time out. And if that wasn’t enough, they are now charging 10x what the app is worth for you just to use it in a pinch. I’m sure they have the same song and dance about how this money costs that money to pay for that money. Bye bye

Not much else to say except the functionality is just not there anymore

It wouldn’t stop recommending “premium” like no one wants to pay for this are you dumb, it wouldn’t let me move the remote up and down it only let me do the volume, you should fix that, ANYWAYSS don’t really recomend

I mean, whats the purpose? Just add in there. I’m just paying for a app that when I find the real remote, the app is now useless. I mean there no definitive purpose just for more money.

Tried multiple times to use with my Samsung and it never worked.

I’ve used this app for years but about a year ago it stopped supporting my Samsung LCD TV. It’s about a 10 year old model but was the most high end at the time $2500 or so. Why phase out support for older models?

The message stated there was a free trial and subscription could be cancelled without a charge at least one day prior to the end of the trial period. However, they immediately charged the annual fee.

I purchased the full version way before you started doing subscriptions and now you want me to pag again? No thanks. Give me back my full version because I already bought it back then

Pass one minute and you need to pair, you need to go to the TV, and Allow the TV to pair. It doesn’t make any sense, this is waste of money. And you cannot turn on the TV. I need to walk to the TV turn it on manually then hit pair and walk again to the TV to hit allow (manually too). But after a minute you need to do the same thing again.

This app isn’t like the other ones that to put my address in it. When I just got this app, it allowed know what kind of tv I have.

Connects quickly and always works. Just wish the Previous Channel button was on the main screen and not hidden in the keypad section

Not working!!!

I purchased this app years agoWhich gives you access to the navigation pad and removes ads. Now it no longer let’s me use the navigation pad and ads are back. “Restore purchases” button does not work when clicked either. This is fraud!!!!!

Don’t waste your life with this one.

I downloaded the Samsung remote for my Smart TV. It is NOT helpful. I will not keep. Not worth the money

The free version has annoying apps but I’m not paying $20 a month for a remote when I can buy a physical one, pay for it once and be done.

Pretty awesome when it works. Paid for the subscription only to run into issues. Save yourself and buy a new remote.
